At Zaariya, we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, if you receive an item with a size difference, we offer a 5-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted in case of size difference.
  • The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A clear opening/unboxing video must be recorded and shared as proof to validate any size issue, damage, or tear. Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.
  • Any return request made after 5 days will not be entertained.
