2. Products & Information
We make every effort to display product details, colors, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing differences.

3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Rs.) and are subject to change without notice. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (if prepaid) or order verification (for Cash on Delivery).

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Zaariya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy only in case of size difference:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim any size issue, damage, or tear.
  • Claims without video proof will not be entertained.
